We were gifted an action-packed event schedule this holiday season. We welcomed December by organizing festive holiday events, managing historical reenactments, and a Jolly 5K. Let’s recap the events that wrapped up our fulfilling year.
Jingle All the Way
We kicked off the month on Saturday, December 2 at Boston Common managing the Special Olympics Jolly Jaunt! Boston residents and visitors came out for a jolly themed 5K to raise money for local Special Olympics athletes. Runners of all ages ran through Boston’s Back Bay dressed in their most festive outfits and participated in a costume contest, all while supporting the Special Olympics of Massachusetts.
Making a Better City
On Monday, December 4 we managed the overall production of the Norman B. Leventhal Awards for A Better City at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Our team covered speaker management and event set-up, keeping the ceremony flowing. The event brought guests together to recognize the civic leaders and innovators who have made significant contributions to build a better city for all.
Getting into the Holiday Spirit
On Tuesday, December 12 we once again had the pleasure of producing The Chiofaro Company’s annual holiday tenant celebration with elegant performances from the Boston Ballet. The following day on December 13, we organized the New England Council’s holiday celebration.

No Taxation Without Representation
We joined America250 on Friday, December 15 to kick off the upcoming celebration of America’s 250th birthday. The following day on December 16, we assisted in orchestrating the Boston Tea Party reenactment. We helped to set up and monitor performances at Faneuil Hall, a cocktail reception at the Intercontinental Hotel, and finished the night gathering guests to view the Boston Tea Party demonstration in Boston’s Harbor.
