This holiday season kept our team busy with a vibrant month full of events. Whether it meant running through the cold weather in holiday gear or celebrating the innovators of Boston from the warmth of the indoors, we wholly embraced December. Let’s check out some highlights!
Boston Jolly Jaunt
We kicked off the month on Saturday, December 7 at Boston Common, assisting the Special Olympics of Massachusetts with the overall production and organization of the 2024 Boston Jolly Jaunt! This jolly, holiday themed 5k took runners through Boston’s Back Bay, with jingle bells available for each participant to keep up the jolly spirit. Runners of all ages sported their most festive outfits and participated in a costume contest, and with 500 finishers and thousands of dollars raised, we would call this day a success!

The Chiofaro Company Holiday Winter Tenant Event
On Wednesday, December 11, we once again had the pleasure of producing The Chiofaro Company’s annual Holiday Winter Tenant Event. The celebration brought together tenants of One and Two International Place for complimentary lunch and performances by Street Magic Acappella.

Onboard Awards
Boston Harbor Now’s annual Onboard Awards bring together professionals from throughout the region to celebrate businesses, organizations, and leaders who exemplify responsible planning and development along Boston’s waterfront. This year the event celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Boston Harbor Walk, and we were there to help pull it all together on December 12 at Boston Harbor Hotel’s Wharf Room.
Norman B. Leventhal Excellence in City Building Awards
Each year, A Better City (ABC) holds the Norman B. Leventhal Excellence in City Building Awards at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Held on December 9, ABC recognized the leaders and innovators who have made significant contributions to the City of Boston. Our team covered speaker management, event set-up, and keeping the ceremony flowing. We were again honored to have contributed to the celebration of those that make our city shine.
CanalSide Food + Drink
Throughout the month of December, our team continued to help CanalSide Food + Drink come alive with weekly events. We will continue to fill the space with programming and activations through the winter months to entertain visitors as they eat, drink, and shop. In the month of December, we kept the holiday spirit high with activities such as holiday trivia and a Santa Claus quartet. We’re excited to continue these weekly activities through January, and will be on-site ensuring everything goes according to plan.
