We assisted Trinity Financial with a ribbon cutting on the brand new Fábrica Lofts in Lawrence, MA. With political leaders, tenants, and local community on hand, Trinity officially opened the doors to this new apartment complex. Originally a factory, Trinity repurposed this building into beautiful affordable rental housing.
